We include guest posts by guest writers to provide valuable information to our readers. The content they provide in their articles on the Site is their own. When you exit the Site to visit their website, social media platforms or recommended resources, your visit is subject to the privacy policy held by the owners of those websites or social media platforms. Hypothyroid Mom LLC in some cases will partner with a guest writer in an affiliate, sponsor, or partner relationship and an affiliate link or link with discount code may be included in the guest article. Once you click on said links and exit the Site, your visit is subject to the privacy policy of the operator of the site you are visiting.

12. REFERRALS TO NITEK MEDICAL INC.

When you purchase from Nitek Medical Inc. (“NiTek”), your payment is made to NiTek and NiTek handles payment processing on their website. In completing the purchase, you are establishing a direct customer relationship with NiTek., not Hypothyroid Mom LLC.

Hypothyroid Mom LLC does not collect or store billing, contact, medical or health information related to your purchases with NiTek. You expressly acknowledge and agree that NiTek is responsible for securing your billing, contact, medical, and health information in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Hypothyroid Mom LLC has no responsibility or liability for these independent policies.

13. CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY.

This Privacy Policy is current as of the date set forth above. Hypothyroid Mom LLC reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time consistent with applicable privacy laws and principles.
