Hi Amanda, Our sex hormones and thyroid, as well as our adrenal hormones, are all connected and it is a balancing act to get them all optimal. It is possible for changes in thyroid levels to alter sex hormones and vice versa. The best step is to be sure you have full sex hormone testing, full thyroid panel and adrenals.
