What medication are you taking now. I’ve been on levo liquid for 12 months after the doctors neglected my thyroid and its effects my heart and I have constant high blood pressure and bad kidney pain etc etc. I feel like I’m being poisoned now. Endo won’t listen to me, I don’t feel well at all.

In reply to <a href="https://hypothyroidmom.com/hypothyroidism-and-the-heart-by-a-cardiologist/#comment-35385">Lorrie</a>.

Hi Lorrie, The first step is to get a copy of your lab results and check that you've had all 6 thyroid lab tests outlined in this article here: https://hypothyroidmom.com/order-your-own-thyroid-labs-2/ Getting multiple medical opinions is key when you have a mysterious disease like ours. If you struggle to find a good doctor, consider booking a consultation with me. I've been collecting the names of good thyroid doctors from my Hypothyroid Mom readers for the past ten years. I have lists of doctors for every U.S. state as well as the UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, and many countries in Europe and South America. Here is my booking calendar in case this might be of interest: https://ny786.infusionsoft.app/app/orderForms/Talk-with-Dana-Trentini-30min
