I am often discouraged by my MDs from taking any supplement (such as Vit B, C, D, zinc Omegas ) for immune support . I feel palpitations 4 hours after taking levothyroxine, so would like to try Armour et al. ; not sure if this is affordable ; BCBS government insurance will not cover it and it is about $40 per month out of pocket. Any connection to urticaria ? I tend to have bouts of intensely itching welts . Thank you again for your information !!
