I have a nails with no moons and ridges all over nails
My fingers get pyrenoid( I get wrinkles on my fingers and hands after I wash them with water which go off by themselves)…
Also I have a GI bloating and I feel full …

I got a thyriod test done it showed me
TSH 2.60 microinternational units/mL
T3 1.26 ng/ml
T4 10.6 ug/dl
I also got a HGB 12.4 g/dl
Plz suggest me what I need to do
