It is still an up hill battle when it comes to finding a dr that may actually understand that when you have no thyroid- TSH numbers are Null and Void. No thyroid there to stimulate. And no one gets that part of it. It is lifelong learning and advocating for oneself. I wish I just had regular hypothyroidism- it would be easier to deal with. I am currently on NP Thyroid and am having the best luck with it. Synthroid and Levothyroxine actually gave me heart palpitations even when I was under dosed.

Thank you so much my grandson was diagnosed when he was born. I often worry about how it may affect him growing up.
