Sarah,

I realize this is a very late reply but I am currently pregnant with my first and just had my TSH levels tested and they are through the roof. I am absolutely terrified to find out what this means for my baby. I know I'm at in increased risk for a miscarriage or still birth or having a baby with neurological or developmental issues which is also terrifying...

What ended up happening with your pregnancy?? Were you able to deliver a healthy baby in the end??

I was diagnosed with hashimotos and hypothyroid after the birth of my first child. I have a provider monitoring my thyroid with Levothyroxine and NP Thyroid, but I’ve still had 2 miscarriages, one at 6 weeks and one at 11.2 weeks. At this point, I’m at a loss for what to do because my thyroid is supposedly under control. Is it worth seeing someone who specializes in pregnancy thyroid?
