I have a benign thyroid goiter and slightly elevated TSH. My ENT has been testing my thyroid hormone levels 1-2 x a year and checking my goiter’s growth with US and biopsy about 2 years ago when I first noticed it the goiter. He doesn’t think medication is indicated since my symptoms are not significant.
However, he has requested an appointment with an endocrinologist but I having difficulty finding one. I am finally waiting to get an appointment with a VA endocrinologist.
