Hi, it has been my experience to suffer with being tired alot, even after a nights sleep, brain fog, and anxiety and depression. WHEN I forget to take my meds, it's worse, usually on the weekends due to a change in my work routine. When that happens I will feel very tired for a few days till my thyroid readjust to what's missing. I would suggest a full thyroid panel of blood work to understand just how the numbers are and NORMAL isn't always optimal for you.
