You just are hypo with adrenal fatigue symptoms .. u don’t swing from hypo to hyper all of a sudden… ur dr seems to know nothing.. most likely do not have no polar at all.. those are ur thyroid and adrenal symptoms…
Joint ‘adrenal fatigue and thyroid care’ group on Facebook will help tremendously!

I was misdiagnosed for 3 years - gave up my career and retired early as I kept being told my "full bloods" were clear, each Dr missed the tell-tale symptoms. With regards to the anxiety, low mood and panic attacks, I was put on anti- depressants- which gave me horrible side effects, I came off them. Was once sent in an ambulance as Dr thought I must be having heart attack even though I kept protesting and saying I knew I wasn't. I paid for private consultation, hypothyroidism was diagnosed, put on levothyroxine,I no longer have anxiety/ panic attacks. I do suffer fatigue easily but feel reassured now I know why that is. Keep going back until you get the right answers, the lack of knowledge with the Drs I saw was astounding.

Just as a follow up I have decreased my dose to 50 and 25 generic and non and have tried being on nothing for 2 different intervals of two weeks, all trials with their own issues including insomnia, tmj pain, neck spasms, very poor circulation, and all the while migraines that have persisted. An mri shows nothing unusual, doctors mention ms but no numbness or dizziness. I am so lost and just want answers
