					<description><![CDATA[Thanks for this information. Many times the two sides of a hormonal issue is like the two sides of a flip coin... very close to each other... high or low?! This is very confusing?! 
I had severe PCOS 20 years ago and managed the symptoms by healthy eating BUT still went through a dreadful text book menaupouse 10 years ago when I was a mere 48!  So, is it high or low estrogen? I was totally stressed out and now have high or low cortisol?! I was a workaholic for years and had a total burnout last year after a Massive break- in at our house and obviously the thyroid 
that I was unaware of?   
So my adrenals is burn out but if I get them sorted, my cortisol will go up? My thyroid is low, but the wrong thing like iodine in maca can make it to high? I am lost. 

I started ALA and Maca, use progesterone cream but suddenly find I have a type of ‘ hyer’ reaction like a caffeine sensitivity after a week on Maca? Or is it to much with the bullet coffee I drink daily? I have a fatty liver and stopped keto except for one coffee in the morning? I am now doing low protein and low fat to counter my liver? 
My PCOS is still on check after 20 years. But although my blood sugar count is normal, i still gain weight steadily?! 
I have horrible cellulite for years now. Cortisol? Estrogen? 
I love coffee and had no effect but I do react to caffeine tablets after years of taking it for energy and appetite. I stopped talking it about 3 years ago. 
I tried keto but after everything that happened last year, was diagnosed with a fatty liver and hypothyroidism
What a relief as I thought I was loosing my mind and had a severe major depression or something?! After 3 months on medication I feel much better but the weight is not coming of and my liver is not happy with keto. 
Now on the low fat diet i am not happy!! Tired and hungry and moody again!? That is why I added the ALA and Maca. Now I have sudden headaches, typically as with the caffeine pills, like high blood pressure   and palpitations the last few days? 

Loose the caffeine and see? Loose the Maca and see? 
I also suddenly have got high cholesterol last year although I detox on fruit and veggies for 6 weeks to get away from the high fat, medium protein diet?
