I will try doing those things you mentioned which are not hard, i sing anyway to myself when i hear a nice song on the radio or put on my fav cd. I have a feeling i might be lacking a vitamin but not sure which one  &#038; will help to know so i can help my thyroid problem. I dont want to take anything that has side affects so i&#039;m going for my blood test next month &#038; i will ask my doctor to do a vitamin blood test.so i can sort this out for myself once &#038; for all rather going to a special who think they know everything but they don&#039;t &#038; make your life even more miserble.]]></description>
